Chic! is the first and only fashion club at MIT. Our purpose is to bring together a group of people who are inspired by the world of fashion and use it to express themselves in their daily life. We want to promote the idea of fashion as an art accessible to people from different walks of life and use it as a tool to celebrate differences.

Meetings
Meetings for our club are held once a week. Meetings include presentations by different members about any topic in fashion that interests them.
Our meetings are open to members only, but our public events are open to all.

Membership
In order to become a member of our club, you need to attend one meeting and give at least one presentation. To continue as a member of our club, you need to attend at least one meeting a month and give at least one presentation
per semester. Being a member of our club is a commitment. If you are interested in fashion but unable to commit to our club, do not worry; you are still welcome to join us at our public events.

Public Events
Our public events are held once a month. Past events have included attending exhibitions by fashion designer Arnold Scaasi and fashion photographer Richard Avedon in the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston as well as attending at the Rising Design fashion show during Boston fashion week.
